We offer two room formations for the Pacific Ocean room. We advise guests that are using the video conferencing facilities to opt for the “U” shape layout which seats up to 12 guests ensuring that they receive the ultimate user experience. If video conferencing is not required then we offer a Board room formation which can seat up to 16 guests. Please detail your preference in the note field provided at check out.
