About
Istanbul & Marmara, Aegean, The Mediterranean, Black Sea Regions Chamber of Shipping, called the Türkiye Chamber of Shipping (TCS), is a principal framework organization representing the Turkish Maritime Sector.
The main office of TCS is located in Istanbul. TCS has branch offices in Izmir, Bodrum, Marmaris, Aliağa, Antalya, Iskenderun, Fethiye, Karadeniz Ereğli and Kocaeli and also comprises 15 representative offices along the coastal towns and cities of Türkiye.
Mission
The mission of TCS is to
- ensure Turkish Shipping Sector’s development in a free and fair competition atmosphere;
- increase its international competition strength and to
- provide its contribution to the development of Türkiye in cooperation with the public and private sectors;
- provide the right and timely services and information to our members with an ever increasing understanding of service and to
- eliminate the obstacles in the international and national regulations which hinders the development of shipping.
