“Germany as one of the leading maritime nations of the world, is dependent on a seemless global trade.
To create a stable and coherent international framework for the sucesfull long-term development of the German shipping industry, we need a global organisation like ICS that sets the international agenda for the global shipping industry, that mediates political bargaining, providing a place for political initiatives and acting as catalysts for a coalition-formation with maritime partner nations.”
