Colin leads Ricardo’s Strategic Growth and Development in energy and environment markets. This includes leading hydrogen activities, building on his hydrogen experience since 2009, plus working with clients in Japan, Australia and New Zealand. In recent years he has worked on several projects that have assessed zero–carbon fuels for shipping and zero–carbon solutions for ports. Colin is a Chartered Engineer and has played a leading role in a number of UK energy industry associations.
