Marina Hadjimanolis studied Law at the University of Leicester in the United Kingdom, where she was awarded the degree of Bachelor of Laws (LLB Hons). 

She was awarded the title Barrister at Law from the Inns of Court School of Law in London, as a member of Lincolns Inn, in England. 

She is a member of the Cyprus Bar Association and the Limassol Bar Association. She practiced the law profession for many years, in a law firm, as well as in companies as a legal advisor. 

She has been an elected Municipal Councilor in Limassol Municipality from 2016 until 2023.  

Her political activity began from her school years as an active member of the Student Movement (MAKI) of NEDISY Limassol, then in Protoporia of England and then in NEDISY and the Democratic Rally. 

Since 2021, she has been the first female honorary member of Europa Uomo Cyprus, where she pioneers in the campaign to raise awareness and prevent prostate cancer. 

During the 2023 presidential election campaign, she held the position of Director of the Political Office of the President-elect of the Republic of Cyprus, Mr. Nikos Christodoulides. 

On March 1st 2023, she was appointed by the President of the Republic of Cyprus, Mr. Nikos Christodoulides, as Shipping Deputy Minister to the President. 

In November 2024, she was awarded the Maritime Person of the Year Award of the International Propeller Club of the United States. Ms. Hadjimanoli is the first Cypriot to receive this prestigious award, which has been presented annually since 1984, in recognition of her contribution to the global maritime industry.
