Miss Chan is Commissioner for Maritime and Port Development / Deputy Secretary for Transport and Logistics of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. She is responsible for formulating policies on matters relating to Hong Kong’s role as an international maritime centre, a leading hub port and a regional logistics hub. Prior to joining Transport and Logistics Bureau in May 2023, Miss Chan served in various government bureaux and departments, including Marine Department, University Grants Committee Secretariat, Home Affairs Department, the then Transport and Housing Bureau, etc.
