Maritime transportation now operates within an era of volatile trade dynamics, geopolitical tensions and shifting alliances, which are rewriting the global rulebook for commerce, and heightening uncertainty and risk for the sector.

This 2^nd edition of the Hong Kong Global Maritime Trade Summit seeks to catalyse a global conversation between shipping industry leaders, ministers and senior policy makers, from around the world on the most pressing issues affecting the efficiency of global maritime trade.

This high-level dialogue amongst ministers and industry leaders seeks to consider how policy makers and business can collaborate to build resilient partnerships to de-risk trade and unlock sustainable, long-term growth.

The Hong Kong Global Maritime Trade Summit seeks to build consensus to help influence and shape the development of future policy critical to maintaining an efficient global maritime transportation system.

Co-hosted with the Transport and Logistics Bureau of the Government of Hong Kong, SAR and the Hong Kong Shipowners Association, the Summit is one of the leading events during Hong Kong Maritime Week.
