Lucy Neil is the Digital & Communications Officer for the International Chamber of Shipping (ICS). She delivers communication across ICS’ digital platforms in order to increase visibility of the organisation and the shipping industry globally; working closely with the communications and commercial teams to support this. By managing ICS’ social media and website content, she aims to increase awareness for the current maritime climate, including the significant economic contributions, environmental initiatives, and promoting ICS’ products and services to the market.

Through her background studying communication, earning an Master’s degree in Applied Linguistics and a Bachelor’s degree in Creative and Professional Writing, Lucy’s passion for facilitating greater intercultural communication has led her to ICS. She is particularly enthusiastic about helping to re-enforce cohesion and confidence across the industry worldwide.
