Mr. Moreau brings over three decades of leadership experience, including senior command positions in the French Navy, where he served as Commanding Officer of major naval vessels and held strategic roles with NATO, the EU, and multinational maritime forces. Since joining CMA CGM in 2020, he has held senior positions focused on maritime safety and operational improvement and, since June 2025, has served as Vice President of QSSE (Quality, Safety, Security and Environment), overseeing global safety, compliance, and continuous improvement across the Group’s fleet and shore-based operations. His core competencies include executive leadership and strategy, risk management and compliance, maritime operations, and international diplomacy.
