After early professional experience at General Electric, he entered the mobile telecommunications industry through Motorola PCS and later spent over six years at TIM, where he led the Technical Intelligence & Support division, operating in complex, large-scale environments and supporting strategic decision-making through advanced technology capabilities.

Driven by a strong curiosity for emerging business models and market dynamics, Mr Brunacci subsequently joined H3G Italia, taking responsibility for the Business Development and Innovative Solutions function and contributing to the company’s innovation and growth agenda.

His passion for strategy, market dynamics and digital innovation led him, in January 2020, to Olivetti, where he worked within the Business Development organization as Head of Marketing Data Monetization, shaping new digital service offerings for the TIM–Olivetti portfolio.

Since December 2022, he has been part of the Logistics Hub of the Ferrovie dello Stato Group, FS Logistix, where he currently serve as Director of Strategy and Technology, Innovation and Digital. In this role, Mr Brunacci drives the strategic direction and positioning of FS Logistix and its subsidiaries, defines and executes growth strategies, fosters strategic partnerships to generate economic, environmental and social value, and leads the company-wide digital transformation aimed at maximizing value creation across the freight transport and logistics business.
