Augusto Yparraguirre Arreza is Executive Director of the Filipino Shipowners Association.

He joined the Filipino Shipowners Association in 1991, and was Acting Chairman of BIMP-EAGA Shipping Association (2001-2002) and Secretary General of the Federation of ASEAN Shipowners Association (FASA) (1992 – 1994).

He currently is also Chairman of the Board of Directors & President of Bay Horizons Land & Homes, Inc., of Reignwood Development Corporation and Consultant at Rene A.V. Saguisag & Associates Law Office.

Augusto was born and raised in Manila and studied Law and Political Science at the University of the Philippines.
