Capt. Rishi Nyati joined Emarat Maritime as Managing Director in 2022. Prior to joining Emarat, Capt. Rishi did a brief stint with AM Nomikos, helping them establish their commercial office in the East.

Capt. Rishi worked with Guardian Navigation Services New York (previously called TBS Shipping) for about 14 years; 1st half in NY, and the 2nd half in the East, where he set-up their most successful office in Mumbai.

Capt. Rishi sailed for about 9 years with Pacific International Lines Singapore and holds a Master Mariner License. He graduated with honors from State University of New York, Maritime College, with a Masters in International Transportation Management. He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Maritime Law, from London Metropolitan University.
