Catherine is Finance & Administration Assistant.

Her main role is working closely with the Finance & Commercial Manager as part of the Finance Team and contributing to the financial success of the International Chamber of Shipping’s publications.

Originally coming from an insurance background, I have had a steep learning curve joining ICS. During more than ten years I have worked for ICS, I am glad to say this has never stopped –  my job on the finance and publications side varies from day to day, which is why I enjoy it so much.

Catherine is a source of contact for any issues regarding orders placed through the online shop and co-ordinates with the logistics company to ensure orders reach clients on time. She also works on reception, meeting and greeting people that arrive for meetings and is the first point of contact when calling the ICS secretariat.
