Changbae Jin is a Specialist in the Ship Technical Unit at Mitsui O.S.K. Lines (MOL), where he is a member of the Wind Challenger Team. He has extensive experience in ship hydrodynamics and performance, including hull form optimization, propulsion performance and energy-saving technologies.

At MOL, he is involved in the technical evaluation and performance verification of the Wind Challenger wind-assisted propulsion system, with a particular focus on assessing its fuel-saving performance and application to commercial vessels. Most recently, he has been involved in the performance evaluation and sailing trials of Wind Challenger installed on an LNG carrier.
