Emil is a Technical Consultant within Lloyd’s Register’s Maritime Asset and Operational Performance team, providing specialist consultancy services to the maritime industry on ship performance, decarbonisation, and energy efficiency. He holds a PhD in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering and has over ten years of experience in technical problem-solving and engineering project management within the maritime sector. He has strong expertise in maritime decarbonisation, emissions compliance, performance data acquisition and analysis, and energy transition planning, with a proven track record of delivering tailored solutions aligned with evolving regulatory frameworks. Emil has managed and delivered more than 50 advisory projects for high-value clients, providing strategic insights and supporting the validation and integration of energy efficiency technologies.
