Emily brings more than 20 years of experience in the Australian shipping industry, spanning bulk chartering, logistics, decarbonisation, industrial relations and maritime policy. As Head of Government Relations for CSL Australia and a member of CSL’s Australian leadership team, she leverages her broad expertise to shape policy outcomes and deliver practical, solutions‑focused guidance on complex maritime issues.

Emily serves as Vice‑Chair of Maritime Industry Australia Limited (MIAL) and is a member of both the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers. She holds a Bachelor of Economics and a Bachelor of Business Administration.
