Katy Taylor is an experienced Chief Executive and Board Committee Chair with a strong track record leading complex, highly regulated organisations across the transport, utilities and digital sectors.

She is currently CEO of Wightlink, where she has led strategic, financial and operational transformation since joining in 2024. Previously, she was Chief Customer Officer and Deputy CEO at Southern Water, leading customer operations for 4.2 million customers, and before that held senior commercial and customer leadership roles at FTSE 250 transport operator Go-Ahead Group.

Katy is currently a non executive director at Anchor Care and Housing and Kingston University. She is a runner and has a tortoise called flash.
