Laura is Chief of Staff, working with the Secretary General, Chairman’s office and management team to deliver on ICS strategy and organisational goals, by helping to prioritise tasks, coordinate workstreams and provide business support including HR, benefits, travel, administration and associated policies.

She joined ICS in November 2021 and has over 20 years experience in the financial, management consultancy and hospitality industries in London and Australia.
