Lauren Eatwell is Head of WindWings® at BAR Technologies, leading the development and deployment of innovative wind propulsion technology to support the decarbonisation of global shipping. With a background in mechanical engineering and maritime innovation, she works across industry, regulatory and commercial stakeholders to help accelerate practical sustainability solutions within the maritime sector. Lauren was named to the TIME100 Climate list in 2024 and included in National Geographic’s 2026 “33 Changemakers” list in recognition of her contribution to sustainable innovation.
