Metin Düzgit is Board Member of the Duzgit Shipholding Ltd & Duzgit Yalova Shipbuilding Industries.

He holds a Master in Shipping Trade and Finance from Cass Business School, and BSc in Shipping Operations from Solent University and in Mathematics from Boğaziçi University.
