Morten Lerø, Managing Director and Vice President, DNV Maritime Advisory, Norway

Mr. Morten Lerø is the Managing Director and Vice President of DNV Maritime Advisory, where he is supporting maritime stakeholders across the industry on their efforts towards a safe and sustainable transition through decarbonization and technological innovation.

He brings more than 25 years of technical and leadership experience in the maritime sector, combining deep industry expertise with a strategic mindset.

His educational background includes a Master of Science in Marine Technology and other studies from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). He has also completed executive leadership training at BI Norwegian Business School, INSEAD, and Berkeley Haas School of Business.
