Dr. Shuang Zhang is a senior researcher from Shipping Development Research Institute of Dalian Maritime University (DMU), with expertise in marine policy and applied econometrics. She is the co-author of the Fourth IMO GHG Study and has been taking the role of coordinator of the IMO correspondence groups on the development of technical guidelines on carbon intensity reduction and on the marine fuel lifecycle GHG analysis.
