Sona is the Finance & Commercial Manager at ICS. Reporting to the CFCO, she is responsible for overseeing the financial health of the organisation, ensuring the effective management of the month-end close and compliance with statutory requirements. Her role encompasses financial planning and analysis, providing robust financial support to the CFCO to enable informed decision-making across the organisation, and driving continuous improvements to financial processes and controls.

Sona is a qualified accountant who, prior to joining ICS in 2025, gained experience across the commercial sector and the financial services industry.
