Mr. Teo Teng Seng is an Advisor for Pacific International Lines (Pte) Ltd (PIL). Prior to his current role, he served as the Managing Director of PIL Logistics Pte Ltd since its inception in 2001. Before his role in PIL Logistics, he headed the information technology, planning and budgeting functions in PIL as its Executive Director. He has over 20 years of experience in the maritime digitalisation sector.

Mr. Teo served as the Chair of the SSA Digitalisation Committee, which is responsible for initiatives such as the Vessel Cybersecurity Scorecard, a self-assessment tool that allows shipowners insights on their vessel’s cyberhealth; the SME Digitalisation Programme, a digital roadmap masterclass aiming to help maritime SMEs to plan and prepare for their digital transformation journeys; and the SSA Techno-vate Day, a platform to showcase new and innovative solutions in the sector.

Mr. Teo has a Master of Business Administration from Foster School of Business from University of Washington, as well as a Degree in Electrical Engineering degree from University of Tennessee, Knoxville (UTK).
