Theresa Hanna is a Policy Intern in the Employment Affairs department at the International Chamber of Shipping (ICS).

Her role involves assisting the Employment Affairs Director and Policy Officer, including to support the Labour Affairs Committee and administer the Diversity and Inclusion (DE&I) Panel.

She is currently studying for an LLB at Queen Mary, University of London and is completing a year in industry before returning to finish her degree. 

Upon graduation, Theresa hopes to build a career in the shipping sector, bringing together her legal studies and her experience in maritime employment affairs policy.
