Vibeke Rasmussen has over 25 years of experience from the International Water and Fertilizer industry. Vibeke has had several management positions within these industries ranging from small scale technology development companies to larger scale global companies. Through her various roles ranging from research & development, project management, sales and contract negotiations and general management Vibeke has developed a broad experience within both managerial and environmental issues. Vibeke started her career as a Management Trainee within the UK Water Industry prior to joining Norsk Hydro in 1998. Since then she has had many years in the Water industry prior to joining Yara in 2014 where she has been responsible for research on environmental impacts and circular economy linked to NPK production as well as fertilizer product quality in different positions prior to becoming part of the Yara Clean Ammonia unit in January 2022 as SVP product Management and Certification.

Vibeke Rasmussen has a MSc in Civil Engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), Norway and a MBA from University of Lincoln, UK.

Vibeke is also board member of the Norwegian Hydrogen Forum and President Elect of the Ammonia Energy Association.
