Ruosi Zhang is Counsellor of the WTO Trade in Services and Investment Division. Joining the WTO Secretariat in 2003, she advises WTO Members and takes responsibilities in a wide range of areas, including legal issues under the General Agreement on Trade in Services, services trade related dispute settlement, schedules of specific commitments, supply chain related services such as transport and logistics.  She holds a PhD in law.
