Guidance on Eliminating Shipboard Harassment and Bullying
All seafarers have the right to work without suffering harassment and bullying. The International Chamber of Shipping (ICS) and the International Transport Workers’ Federation (ITF) have together produced this guidance for shipping companies, seafarers and seafarers’ organisations and other parties on what they can do to eliminate harassment and bullying.
