Mr Keiji Tsuchiya was inaugurated as a full-time Vice President of the Japanese Shipowners’ Association (JSA) in June 2023, assisting the President and supervising all Secretariat activities of the JSA. Among others, he is especially responsible for international affairs, such as shipping policy issues and maritime labour issues.

He has profound knowledge and experiences in the shipping industry through his engagement for more than three decades, mainly in the field of bulk transportation and supervision of the sector in NYK as a Corporate Officer from 2014 to 2017.
