Thomas A. Kazakos is the Director General of the Cyprus Shipping Chamber since 1995.

Thomas represents the Cyprus Shipping Chamber at the Board of Directors of the International Chamber of Shipping since 1995 and the European Community Shipowners’ Association since 2004.  He actively participates together with Mr. Themis Papadopoulos (CSC Board Member) at the ICS Board, contributing in shaping the Association’s strategy on all regulatory, operational and legal issues concerning the international shipping industry.

Thomas Kazakos studied in the UK, where he obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Law and a Master’s Degree in European & International Trade Law.
