Mr Takashi Nakashima is full-time Vice President of the Japanese Shipowners’ Association (JSA), assisting the President and supervising all secretariat activities of the JSA. Among others, he is especially responsible for international affairs, such as canal issues and maritime labour issues.

He has been working for Mitsui O.S.K. Lines headquartered in Tokyo for more than 30 years and served as a Member of the Audit and Supervisory Board of the company from 2015 to 2019.
